These are the latest product of robust rectifiers & chargers, comply with EN standards of railway industry in safety, EMC, environmental adaptability and protection grade. All our products had pass the third party quality testing with the integration of communication interface as well as monitoring system.
We provide a wide range of configuration and selection from Single Phase employed with fully thyristor controlled 2 pulse rectifier bridge to Three Phase up to 12 pulse fully controlled bridge. The voltage output ranging from 6V DC up to 250V DC and output current is available from 3Amp to 1600Amp. The flexible concepts can be tailored to customer and site requirements. SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:

Single DC System
The most cost effective solution thyristor-controlled rectifier suitable for charging nickel-cadmium or lead acid batteries while supplying DC loads. It can be operated without batteries as direct power supplies.

Dual DC System
This dual DC system is a parallel redundant unit where both rectifiers and batteries are 100% related. With the enhancement of the high rated interlocking circuitry, this system limits its output voltage seen by the load to be between end voltages of battery terminal and float charge voltage. However, only one of the rectifier can be performed high-rate charge at one period, this system has a high MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) value.

Dropping Diode Device (Regulated)
The output voltage is regulated with series of dropping diodes device, interconnected between the battery and load, voltage dropping diodes reduce the voltage to within load tolerance. They are short-circuited by one or more contactors if a partial reduction, or no voltage reduction, is needed. A control circuit senses the battery voltage and energizes the contactors. Voltage dropping diodes cause substantial power losses as the excess voltage is absorbed by the diodes. However, due to the simplicity this method is frequently used, especially if the voltage reduction is needed during the short periods of high-rate charging only.

Switch mode DC/DC Converters (Regulated)
Supplied from the DC bus, an actively isolated, fully regulated supply is delivered to the load. The inherent reliability can be added to by parallel configuration, as multi redundant, fault tolerant.

Hot Standby Rectifier System
For this redundancy concept both rectifiers is always backed by exactly one standby component (+1) in hot stand-by mode. As soon as an active component fails, the corresponding backup component takes over the complete functions of the defective component. This redundancy concept ensures that there is no loss of any warning and alarm functions in case of failure. It provides extra protection by automatically switching to the backup control unit in hot stand-by mode. This system entails a very high MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) value.
